At Woodin India, we are committed to delivering high-quality customized furniture and home décor products. By placing an order with us, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

Product Disclaimer

  • All furniture and décor products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in wood grain, texture, color, finish, and dimensions. These natural variations are not considered defects.
  • Product images displayed on our website, catalog, or social media platforms are for reference purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of wood.
  • Customized products are manufactured according to customer specifications and approved designs.

Return Policy

Return Request Period

Customers may request a return within 15 days of product delivery only in cases where the product arrives damaged during transit or delivery.

Damaged Product Claims

To process a return request, customers must:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
  2. Capture visible damage in the video.
  3. Share the video and supporting photographs with our customer support team within 15 days of delivery.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Pickup Process

  • If the return request is approved, the product will be picked up by Woodin India at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Customers must ensure the product is available in its original condition for pickup.

Repair & Replacement Policy

  • If the damaged product is determined to be repairable, Woodin India will arrange pickup and repair of the item.
  • The repaired product will be delivered back to the customer within approximately 20–25 working days from the date of pickup.
  • Repair or replacement decisions will be made solely by Woodin India’s quality inspection team.

Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

Woodin India follows a strict No Refund Policy.

  • Refunds will not be issued for any product once an order has been confirmed and processed.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
  • Approved claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or other appropriate corrective measures at Woodin India’s discretion.

Warranty Policy

Termite Warranty

Woodin India provides a 3-Year Termite Warranty on eligible wooden furniture products.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers:

  • Damage caused by termite infestation originating within the furniture material.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by moisture, water exposure, flooding, or improper storage.
  • Physical damage, scratches, dents, misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
  • Damage caused by external environmental conditions.

Woodin India reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability

Woodin India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to repair, replacement, or warranty service as determined by Woodin India.
