Return & Refund Policy – Woodin India
At Woodin India, customer satisfaction is important to us. As most of our products are handcrafted and customized according to customer requirements, we maintain the following Return & Refund Policy.
Return Eligibility
Customers may raise a return or damage claim within 15 days of receiving the product if:
- The product arrives damaged during transit.
- The delivered product is significantly different from the confirmed order.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return, replacement, or damage claim, customers must:
- Record a complete unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
- Clearly show any damage, defects, or issues in the video.
- Share the video and supporting photographs with our support team within 15 days of delivery.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Product Inspection
After receiving the claim, Woodin India will review the submitted evidence and may conduct further verification before approving any return, repair, or replacement request.
Pickup Process
- If the claim is approved, Woodin India will arrange pickup of the product.
- Pickup charges for approved damage claims will be borne by Woodin India.
- Customers must ensure the product is available in its original condition for collection.
Repair & Replacement Policy
- If the product is found to be repairable, it will be collected, repaired, and re-delivered.
- Repaired products are generally delivered back within 20–25 working days from the date of pickup.
- If repair is not feasible, Woodin India may provide a replacement at its sole discretion.
No Refund Policy
Woodin India follows a No Refund Policy.
- Refunds are not provided for any confirmed orders.
- Customized, made-to-order, personalized, or bespoke furniture products are non-refundable.
- Approved claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or corrective action as deemed appropriate by Woodin India.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Customized furniture and décor products
- Products approved by the customer before production
- Minor variations in wood grain, color, texture, finish, or dimensions
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Products altered or repaired by unauthorized persons
Cancellation Policy
Orders for customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
