  • Customized and bulk orders may require additional production time depending on design specifications and project requirements.
  • Customers will be informed of any extended timelines for customized furniture orders.

Shipping Timeline

For ready-to-dispatch products, orders are typically shipped within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery is completed within 4–5 working days from the date of dispatch for most serviceable locations across India.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery of Customized Furniture

  • Customized furniture, hotel projects, villa furnishings, resort furniture, and bulk commercial orders may require additional manufacturing and delivery time.
  • Estimated delivery schedules for customized orders will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are advised to:

  • Inspect the package upon delivery.
  • Record a complete unboxing video before opening the product.
  • Report any visible damage or issues immediately to our customer support team.

The unboxing video may be required for damage claims, replacements, or warranty requests.

Shipping Charges
