At Wood in India, we know how important it is to find the perfect furniture that complements your home. While we strive for perfection in every product, we understand that sometimes returns or replacements may be necessary. Our goal is to make this process smooth and stress-free.
1. When You Can Request a Return
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is delivered damaged or defective.
- You receive an incorrect product that doesn’t match your order details.
- There’s a quality issue not consistent with our product description or images.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team at support@woodinindia.com.
2. Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- Items must be available for pickup from the same address as delivery.
If your request meets these criteria, our logistics team will schedule a pickup within 3–5 working days.
3. Replacement Procedure
- Our inspection team reviews the returned product for eligibility.
- A replacement product (same model) will be shipped within 7–10 working days.
- If the item is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternate design or a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Products
- Custom-built or personalized furniture.
- Products that have been assembled, altered, or used.
- Items damaged due to improper handling or placement after delivery.
